I started FloreakEats as a place to collect my writing about food and food culture – some serious, some downright stupid. It also gives me a place to unleash my inner curmudgeon which make the world a safer place.
I have a respectable job by day, actually a couple.
I work as a brand strategist for companies of all kinds and as a food writer, most often as a correspondent for the Boston Globe.
I’m also a student in the MLA in Gastronomy program at Boston University where I learn about cool stuff and eat things for homework.
